Kleen Green Home Services is a local family owned business with our office at Windaroo, We service all areas of the South-East Brisbane region but bookings outside this region are welcome.
We take pride and excellence in all our services and only use eco-friendly products to keep you, your family and home environment safe and healthy. Our Services are available on a Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly or Upon Customer Request. Discounts do apply to customers that book regular weekly visits.
All our services offer a 48hr Guarantee – If you are unsatisfied with your service and call our office on the day the service was performed we will return to your home and rectify the problem within 48 hours of you contacting us.
Fully insured and hold a $5million Public Liability insurance.

Range of Services Available:
Residential Cleaning:
Starts @ $60 for regular weekly visits
Do you want to clean your home after a busy and long day’s work?
No – That is why we are here for you, to take the cleaning factor out of your schedule so you can enjoy family time.
Extra Charges Will Apply For Laundry & Ironing Services, Day To Day Dishes (Collection & Washing Up as well as Loading & Unloading Dishwashers). These services are available notification on booking is required to allow sufficient time in your home.
Bond Clean:
From $400.00 pending on size of your home.
Moving Out and also into your new home can be stressful but very exciting so to help you enjoy the moment. We want to help by taking care of the exit cleaning for you. Our checklist has been approved by Real Estate Agents around the region to ensure your expectations and theirs are meet at the highest standards.
T & C: Booking Fee of $100.00 applies to all customers by direct transfer method. If 24hrs notice within a booked appointment is not given to Kleen Green Homes Services booking fee will be non-refunded as your booked allocation can be assigned to another client requiring this service, Please note that the booking fee amount is deducted from your bond clean price on the day
Builder Cleans:
We enter into the property ensure your newly built home is fresh and cleaned thoroughly before moving in or take over stage. This service is offered to builders for after construction has ceased and prior to turnkey stage or to the owner of the new home to visit the site and clean up all the walls, flooring, dust, fixtures, lights etc ready to move straight in the property and enjoy. Standard Rates Apply $200.00 - $250.00 subject to location.
Pet Sitting:
We know how stressful it can be going away for a holiday and having to leave your beloved pets behind with no companionship while your gone, Stop worrying we offer our clients to visit your home daily to feed, play and walk your fur baby while you are away included in our service we will collect your mail, put your bins to kerb for collection as well give your home a clean ready for your arrival.
Our Rate Start @ $25 per visit per day or discounted price of $35 if you pet requires two daily vists and medication administered or alternatively our 5-7 day Holiday Package ranging from $155 - $200 cheaper than your pet motels.

Spring Clean:
Full Day Service @ $250.00
